You will take on the role of a Field Service Technician at a publicly listed, innovative company in the Dordrecht region that delivers leading solutions to the food industry. From the head office, you will operate at the heart of an international production environment where product development, supply chain and sales come together.
The atmosphere is open and collaborative, with plenty of room for initiative and problem-solving. You will travel internationally about 20% of your time, supporting customers in Europe, Asia, and the USA, while contributing directly to the company’s reputation for service excellence and technical expertise.
➜ Provide hands-on maintenance and repair of spray equipment and machinery at customer sites
➜ Troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely to ensure optimal system performance
➜ Advise customers on equipment selection, usage, and process improvements
➜ Train customers and internal teams on product use, safety standards, and best practices
➜ Manage spare parts sourcing and logistics to support maintenance operations
➜ Record all service visits, observations, and actions in the CRM system
➜ Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
➜ At least 2 years of experience in a technical field service or maintenance role
➜ Mechanical and electrical experience, ideally with some automation knowledge
➜ Prior experience in the food industry is a must
➜ Communicative, fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
➜ Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with teams
➜ Salary between €3,800 and €5,2000 gross per month
